The homestead situated by the river Minija is a perfect place for relaxation, recreation and leisure entertainment. It consists of such facilities as a guest house, a bath, a room for parties and other entertainment activities and a separate kitchen. The homestead car lodge up to 26 guests at a time. |
There are 3 separate apartments on the first floor of the guest house. Each apartment has two rooms, a restroom and a shower with hot water. A four bed apartment can be a convient choice for a family. |

On the second floor of the guest house you will find two comfortable, well planned apartments. One of the apartments consists of two rooms where four people can stay at a time. The apartments also has a TV set, a separate kitchen will all the necessary equipment. There is a WC and shower. .

There is a hall in the apartment, which is very convenient for partying and guest communication. The river with the ships, in winter fishermen and other beauties can be seen though the windows of the hall. |

There is a terrace with wooden tables and benches by the house. A special room for parties can hold about 50 people. Guests can shower and relax ir a steam bath heated with firewood. Next to the bath there is a room to relax after the bath. A cozy summerhouse with wooden tables and benches in it is everybody's favorite place. Guests can have a barbecue or cook delicious fish soup on the fireplace. The hosts will offer you to make use of their kichen garden where onions, dils, salad and parsley are growing.
The two main buildings on the homestead are a guest house and a farmhouse with a bath, a 108 square meters big room for parties, a 14 square meters big kitchen, a 15 square meters big pantry and a cloakroom. The territory covers 46 acres of land.
